Privacy
The Lex Report is a page of links. It has no accounts, no comments, no advertising and no newsletter sign-up. The tip box at the foot of the front page sends what you type to the publisher through the site's host, Netlify. Your email address is optional there and is used only to reply to you.
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which headlines readers open. Google Analytics sets cookies and records general information such as the page viewed, the link clicked, the type of device and an approximate location. Advertising features and Google signals are switched off.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the measurement script does not load at all.
Every headline opens another publisher's website. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Some pictures beside headlines load directly from the publisher of the story they belong to, so that publisher's server sees the request for the picture.
Photographs belong to their owners.
